I had Windy City come out for my wedding on Sunday June 25th! It was the highlight of the night! The driver/server, Vinny, was such a nice guy. They had a large variety of ice creams in stock which I was so happy about! The kids at my wedding had a blast with the spiderman, spongebob, and sonic. I highly recommend this company for a unique dessert idea for your wedding or any event! The customer service was beyond! Elena always responded to my emails promptly. Our company has a family picnic each year, never complete without our ice cream truck from Windy City Ice Cream! We have been renting an ice cream truck for our picnics for years from them and have NEVER had a bad experience. Always on time, friendly, great variety of ice cream. Great overall experience with them. Have no problem rating them 5 stars!

We had a blast with the Ice Cream Truck! Everyone loved it. We had a few extra ice creams and started asking random people to partake. I think it made their day lol! Thanks!

First, let me say we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Windy City Ice Cream for any event you are having.

We hosted a wedding at our Chicago home and added the ice cream truck as a surprise. I cannot begin to relay how much fun everyone had. The brides handed out the ice cream and the guests had a blast!

But a bit about Windy City Ice Cream: when I originally emailed an inquiry over a holiday weekend, I got a response! I was able to get all my questions answered promptly by Elena. She was so accommodating: we were able to place a sign on the side of the truck (she even gave us the dimensions), she worked with us on the surprise details and she arrived at the prescribed time in an impeccably clean truck. The ice cream was fabulous too! And what a wonderful selection. Everyone was thrilled and couldn’t believe the extensive selection.
Windy City Ice Cream put the cherry on this wedding sundae. Bravo!

Elena was a pleasure to work with: always responding to emails or phone calls within 24 hours. Planning our multi-site corporate event was a breeze! The trucks arrived on-time and there was an ample supply and assortment of ice cream treats for our employees to choose from.
