Frequently Asked Questions

You Bet! When we arrive we would be happy to have the ice cream truck music playing. Equally important, if the songs start to drive you crazy, we can turn it off at any time.

We have TONS of birthday boys / girls, bosses and even a bride in her wedding dress (we have pictures to prove this) who get inside the truck and pass out the ice cream to friends, family and co-workers. If you let us know in advance that you would like this, we can be sure to bring an apron and ice cream hat to help with the theme. Our goal is to make your event memorable, and if that involves having your guest of honor pass out the ice cream, we are all for it.

Unless otherwise directed, we will bring the full menu of ice cream choices. Trust us, if anything you will be overwhelmed with our selection. The picture menu will be clearly displayed on the truck to make picking your treat easy and convenient.

Our trucks can hold hundreds, and in some cases THOUSANDS of ice cream bars. We always maintain a reasonable inventory level of ice cream on the trucks so we can assure our guests that we have provided them with the freshest product. We rotate product frequently enough that the ice cream you get off the truck was probably only made a few days before you enjoy it.

A majority of our items are Kosher.

We do accept credit cards, even American Express for you corporate types.

You sure can. We have lots of companies and sales reps who like to doll up the ice cream truck with promotion material.

Not very long. We are good at what we do, so serving large numbers of people in limited time frames is not a problem. In fact we even have a truck with two serving windows, just in case your event needs such a service.

Thank you for inquiring, but we are a family operation and believe its important to stay that way to ensure the best possible service at all times. As a result, we are not looking to hire anyone.

Driving the yellow ice cream truck is a responsibility we take seriously, so we don’t rent out our trucks to anyone.
